Return & Exchange Policy
We provide our customers with a fair and honest return, exchange and cancellation policy. It is Important that you read and understand this policy before purchasing products from easyfairings.com. We want shoppers to have peace of mind and enjoy their shopping experience with us.
- All requests for a return or exchange must be initiated 14 days from the delivery date.
- All returned orders must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- The product must meet the return conditions described below.
- After receiving the order, inspect the package and the contents to make sure that everything looks correct and that there has been no damage to the product during the shipping process.
- If there is an issue with any item you have received, you must contact us within 7 days, so that we can work with you to resolve any issue you have.
- If there are any issues with your order such as an error or damage during shipping, we will work with you to take care of the situation.
- Return postage is always the responsibility of the buyer.
Item Condition & Restrictions
- Items must be in the original condition and in the original box or packaging.
- Items must not be used, installed, worn, have missing tags, or damaged.
- Customized fairings cannot be returned for a refund as these are custom made, one-of-a-kind product specifically designed per each order.
- Fairing orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours of purchase. After this period, a change-order needs to be made.
- If you would like to modify your order after the 24-hr period, you may be charged a Change-Order fee equal to 15% of your order.
- If you would like to cancel your order after the design and paint work has started, you may be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
- Fairings that have already shipped, can no longer be cancelled and will need to be returned.
- Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- In the event that you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will exchange our order free of cost to you. The product will be returned to us in exchange for a new product.
- There is no restocking fee if you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item.
International Orders Return Policy
- International order ase subject to the same return policy as our domestic orders.
- If returning an item from outside the US, please clearly write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the package to avoid customs or brokerage charges.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorizatin (RMA) form by contacting us.
- You will receive a response via email with an RMA number and return instructions within 48 hours.
- Package the items securely, in the original box in which you received the product .
- Outside box must include a RMA #. All boxes shipped to us without an RMA# may be refused.
- Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
